IP ইন্টারকম এক্সচেঞ্জ প্যাকেট অডিও টেকনোলোজি ব্যবহার করে সর্বোচ্চ ১৬ টি N-8000 সিরিজ স্টেশনে সংযোগ দেওয়ার জন্য এবং এতে দুটি আউটপুট আছে পাবলিক অ্যাড্রেস পেজিং এর জন্য। হ্যান্ডস-ফ্রী কমিউনিকেশন করা যায় স্টেশনসমূহের মধ্যে। এই এক্সচেঞ্জ নেটওয়ার্কিং ইন্টারফেস আছে যা সর্বোচ্চ ১৯২টি এক্সচেঞ্জ একটি নেটওয়ার্কে সংযুক্ত করে একটি অতিরিক্ত IP ইন্টারকম এক্সচেঞ্জ ব্যবহার করে। EIA standard rack অনুযায়ী (1-unit size) এর বা দেওয়ালে এক্সচেঞ্জটি মাউন্টেড করা যায় ব্র্যাকেট ব্যবহার করে।
